There appears to be an error in the official torikumi. Per official results page, Gohansazae did not have a bout today, while ronnie (Gawasukotto) had two of them.

As of now, the results on the Bench banzuke page indeed has your record at 2-2.

But that will be corrected I guess.

There was a bug with my score in that game last basho as well with regard to Kinboshi, but given the level of English on the site (and my lack of Japanese) I'm not going to try to bother anyone about it.

The one not displayed is a fusen. They don't invalidate your picks, but they don't contribute to how much you win. If you don't think the odds are good enough on one of your bouts but still want to contribute to the amount you have to play based on how good you think the other 2 matches are, you can switch to a known fusen bout to take advantage of this.

Quad also has some rule about fusen wins that I think I figured out once but can't quite remember; the lack of working rules pages for many games is quite annoying.

As far as I remember, you get a demerit in Quad for one of the sansho if you pick a fusensho winner. Doesn't seem to worry many players though! ;)

Chain Gang is being weird. chaingang dot sumogames dot de is ok, but if you try to make an entry or see standings you get a runtime error. I checked ISP, another daily game on that server, and ISP seems to be fine.

Well, the Bingo guy definitely is no fan of Yoshikaze as he has not given him a kinboshi bonus on day 4 either. I've emailed the site but no reply (no doubt he never checks the site mail). I've also emailed Norizo and Hironoumi to give them a head-up...maybe they know the guy.

Everything else seems fine...except for Hoshitori expertly avoiding its kick in the bollocks and UDH being a victim of a very busy oyakata.

Don't. Most games, as opposed to real life, do give kinboshi to hansoku wins. They also give ginboshis, which as we all know do not exist in real life. I have to check the rules of the games, but I'm pretty sure hoshitori does acknowledge it as a kinboshi.

I asked Mike (it's his game!) and he said the 3-point bonus is for a kinboshi, not a win over a yokozuna, so there will be no bonus for Yoshikaze in Fantasy Sumo.

Regarding Bingo, for some reason Yoshi WAS awarded the ginboshi bonus for the win today over Kotoshogiku, but still hasn't got one for the win over Goeido. As for the phantom 'kinboshi' on day 4, I assume Yoshi isn't awarded a bonus for the same reason Mike gave.

Juryo results seem to up to speed again - in the meantime, Doitsubase can't grab today's Juryo division results (...like Hakuho can't grab the mawashi in a thrown bout. Now how does that fare in the very bad metaphor ranking?)

Yes, the new Kyokai web "programmers" sure know how to wreck havoc on grabbers. They even managed to sneak in a non-matching closing parenthesis for Masunoyama's W-L record.
