Jakusotsu 5,869 Posted March 25, 2017 Final results: Another unanimous yield on Senshuraku, for those who were able to enter, that is. (Andonishiki and Jejima sent their picks per mail.) What first looked like a possible yusho for The Kyokai turned into an impressive performance by chishafuwaku, and Andonishiki's jun-yusho wasn't too shabby either - well done, guys! chishafuwaku (10-5) Andonishiki (9-6) Jakusotsu (7-8) orandashoho (6-8-1) Jejima (5-10) Gernobono (5-9-1) Ryoshishokunin (5-8-2) kuroimori (5-7-3) Profomisakari (4-10-1) shimodahito (3-9-3) McBugger (3-8-4) The Kyokai (3-12) Sakura (2-13) Tenshinhan (1-8-6) PawnSums (1-8-6) PhorCillic (1-5-9) Gurowake (0-0-15) Harry (0-0-15) Kotoshogiku's aites: 1. PawnSums 59 Posted March 27, 2017 Who is the Kyokai?
Jejima 1,345 Posted March 27, 2017 The Kyokai is the organisation that runs sumo. A committee of which decides the daily torikumi (match-ups), so if none of the real players get the next opponent correct, we have all been outwitted by the Kyokai, and they can collect a win in this game. Although he missed three days of action, Kuroimori managed to scrape a KK. We hope he will be back to yusho-challenging ways in May. Andonishiki will be considered for Yokozuna promotion with a Yusho in May. chishafuwaku will be considered for promotion to Ozeki with a Yusho in May.
