Jejima 1,494 Posted March 8, 2017 Life with two babies is tough - I don't even have the 5 minutes required to tick the higher ranked in each pair. (The old 'all A'). So, although I would be happy to play, if I am allowed this time to avoid the manual input, I guess I will have to ask for Kosho this time, and hope to have more time free in May. Profomisakari 913 Posted March 12, 2017 (edited) Hello 21 gamers! This was the first day with 4 bouts. Only Rhyen has all four bouts correct picked. So he is the first leader. But the game goes until day 15.! So we all still can hope. Benihana's late change changed his tiebreaker 2 and made us (Jim and me) some trouble. But perhaps helps it him something.Jejima please excuse, but next basho you - I hope - will have more time. And too the three deadline passers will get then a new chance! Rk Player. . . . . Shatsume 118 Posted March 12, 2017 Oh my naivety, both my x's blown out the water on day 1 and 2! Lesson learned, m6w Vs m7e and m11w Vs m10e likely to happen really early, my thinking was Ichinojo would win a few early on whilst Aoiyama likely to have a bad start so they may have ended up not facing each other. Any 'rules' that say (for example) m10e must face m10w at some point in a Basho? or is it ever possible for them not to be matched? (other than same beya)
Rocks 1,810 Posted March 12, 2017 You can thank Kasei going kyujo for Aoiyama meeting Ichinojo day 1. But it was always likely they would meet being so close in rank.

Profomisakari 913 Posted March 14, 2017 (edited) Three bouts today - and three times lost the clear favorites!! But this was the day of Rhyen, who returned to the leading position - and of Inhashi, who had all three bout results correct voted. For one pick we have no special price, but it is very great.
