You are right.

In this case the CUT should be:

161 - 37 = 124

But looking at the Standings Table after Day 14, the CUT line still should be drawn after Pitinosato, because the next Gamer Reijinguoshan has 123 points after Day 14.

But I'll have in mind next basho to subtract the highest possible score + 5 from the score of the 2nd placed Gamer after Day 14.
