Basically for men's cricket, it is 'England (and Wales - they are grouped together for the sport, yet are known as just 'England' usually) and Ireland. They are the only 'test playing' nations in Europe. But there are a further 33 'associate' members, including such mighty nations as 'Jersey', 'Isle of Man' and 'Gibraltar' - and Israel (since 1974). But if you were to ask me, I'd say that England (and Wales) is the only major team (sekiwake, perhaps) from Europe, with notable mentions to Ireland (upper Juryo), Scotland and Netherlands (Makushita).
