Kintamayama 47,224 Posted November 18, 2007 (edited) As of now, the stream is still showing yesterday's crowd filing out in orderly fashion. It seems half the world is seeing this, while half the world has all the food. Sympathy is what we need my friend. Asojima 2,874 Posted November 18, 2007 I have been getting clean streaming every day of the basho from the times that I have been posting. Had a couple of freeze ups on day 5, but no other problems. I don't have a clue what others may be experiencing.
Kuroyama 715 Posted November 18, 2007 It seems half the world is seeing this, while half the world has all the food. Great. We're in the Third World of sumo. Where do we apply for foreign aid?
Kintamayama 47,224 Posted November 18, 2007 One of the most exciting Sumo days (at least result-wise)known to Man, and the Third World was without a stream. This is disappointing. I am stopping the payments.
Naganoyama 6,039 Posted November 18, 2007 But at least we know that yesterday's bow-twirling ceremony is finished at last. Poor old Minanosato must have tired arms...
Mikiro 0 Posted November 18, 2007 For the first 7 days I had the best stream ever, makushita matches, no freeze ups, using the new link on Sumo forum, but today I never was able to make any connection at all.
sashimaru 10 Posted November 18, 2007 I hope they will fix it. Right now, I still could connect to the server and watch the end of yesterday... And I hoped so much I would get a connection error.
Kintamayama 47,224 Posted November 18, 2007 I hear some of us have forever lost the stream connection, unless we send this post to ten people we love.

Tikozan 4 Posted November 19, 2007 (Sign of approval...) Now it's the first day, that it doesn't work for me. The stream started and exactly 16sek later it goes down. I've test it many times. Always the same. Start and 16sek later it's down (Shaking head...)
Kitakachiyama 10 Posted November 19, 2007 VERY strange! I have just tried to run two streams simultaneously on two computers: one is ok and the other shows "Yumitori shiki ha owarimashita"! Looks like the matter of luck (at least in Poland).
Mikiro 0 Posted November 19, 2007 My experience is exactly as Tikozan for the last two days, counter goes to 16 and stops.
Kurinoku 0 Posted November 19, 2007 (edited) VERY strange! I have just tried to run two streams simultaneously on two computers: one is ok and the other shows "Yumitori shiki ha owarimashita"! Looks like the matter of luck (at least in Poland). This is certainly very strange, assumably you use the same ISP and even same router for both? Can you please tell, what op.systems you use on both computers? There was recently a Windows patch, could this have messed up things? (Perhaps one computer is patched and other not?) There was recently a Windows patch, could this have messed up things? (Perhaps one computer is patched and other not?) This is pure luck. A quarter earlier it haven't worked on both. I've tried again after Golynohana's post and one of them have caught the proper stream. Edited November 19, 2007 by Kitakachiyama
