For Mutsu there is the region in the northern prefectures or the diapers, Hideki like you give it as just that, the first name - if only the o were on the other side of ' , to have Mutsuo, the man from Mutsu or the man in diapers (o-mutsu) - the honorable (o-)Hideki leaves too much room for speculation. (Sorry for cussing) @Asashosakari you are right, if diaper man wants to play characters he should go to a rp forum, i'm not gonna say Hideki's Right in any of this, but it does seem like you're always the one who's first to point out if someone is a bot. or a dupe. so i just don't get it, I Make A Joke, The 70 Year Old Guy Rips It Off, A Moderator Asks If He's Me (Which he is right to do, but wouldn't be right to assume.) and you do assume it without any evidence, so in short. no, we shouldn't have to do this every year.
