Bugman 384 Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Hey guys, I've been bitten by the musical bug. So far i've listened to the famous song from cats, 'old man river' and Lee Marvin singing 'wandering star.' Do you have any favourites? They don't have to be in English, i'd be just as interested in musical songs from around the world. Bugman 384 Posted May 15, 2016 There's some great songs there guys thank you, almost all of them were new to me, i have a few stuck in my head already :)
orandashoho 720 Posted May 15, 2016 Yes, that is a great song -- as the entire musical is a great composition, a great show, and gives an interesting take on a very well known story (at least for someone who has grown up with J.S. Bach's St Matthew's passion). The composer is a true genius with many highly original musicals to his name, each with unforgettable tunes.
Manekineko 200 Posted May 15, 2016 My recommendations for whole musicals are (in no particular order) Jesus Christ Superstar, Scarlet Pimpernel, Notre Dame de Paris and, of course, Hair.

Manekineko 200 Posted May 27, 2016 Maybe we should open a Sailor Moon songs suggestion topic, I'd have a ton (including La soldier). (Punk rocker...)
