It was revealed at the koenkai meeting in Osaka on the 3rd of the Nittaidai group, which also includes Nittaidai Kashiwa high. With Ikazuchi, Nakamura, Naruto and rikishi graduates. Hoshoryu and Tatsunami were at the inaugural meeting of the new koenkai on the 4th vid o with about 25 executive members A bit weird that the news video from local NHK doesn't emphasise that this is the first personal koenkai for Hoshoryu at all, only that he commented "I'm happy to get in Shikoku a koenkai for the first time", which sounds as if he had others elsewhere - NTV quotes him as "I'm happy that my first koenkai was formed in Shikoku" https://news.ntv.co.jp/n/jrt/category/sports/jrb61bb30db11040259026b6ac074a4a6c The task for them next is to give him a yokozuna set - most likely won't be ready till the end of this basho, probably he'll use the one by Takasu the whole basho, maybe one from the heya koenkai later on, if they were fast enough to order it. I wonder if a yokozuna now gets a kesho mawashi set from his high-school - or university, don't know if Wajima had one and I don't know if we had a recent yokozuna (the last 30 years) who graduated from (a Japanese) high school - Terunofuji left Tottori Johoku in first year and still got the standard kesho mawashi, but AFAIK only the single one.
