Skotkotaikai 2 Posted January 9, 2011 Stoyanov is most likely a victim of the political games in Bulgaria. Bulgaria has a populist government at the moment. The prime minister and his minister of internal affairs are wannabe dictators. They are relying on spectacular arrests to make the masses believe that the government is desperately fighting the crime. In fact 95% of the people who get arrested are released after some time because there is absolutely no evidence of their guilt. It is very likely that Stoyanov will be acquitted eventually. He is not the only one whose reputation was tarnished by the Minister of Internal affairs of Bulgaria. That minister has publicly accused some of his political opponents of having ties to the organized crime. No proof provided of course. The goal is to make the masses lose trust in some people.
