Endo has "cha"=(green-)tea as special strong point at the Abema TV rikishi display (for which Kakuryu has gentleness, Chiyomaru belly and Tochinoshin natto): that is the cha in Nagatanien's "o-cha-zuke", for which he does the CMs.

Naruto-oyakata is on the poster for a fanjacket - not one for the sumo fans - an air conditioned jacket https://www.bildy.jp/mag/suns-fanjacket-setup/

For the Moushou-basho - locations of extreme heat - so just now - he did this activity already in February

But walking around with such a jacket in the heat makes one look like Taka

Osh is the 2018 image character for SunS corporation - but only ads, no CMs so far

Tochinoshin today was guest at the YANASE gratitude get-together and set his eyes on a Mercedes G550: "Cool. I want one. Can't drive though." He had a talk-show with Tochiozan and Aoiyama there.

According with wikipedia, this Georgia Coffee is from the USA's state of Georgia and not Georgia the country. Isn't this kind of cheating?

He was trying for years to get Coca Cola to connect Georgia coffee (their best selling product in Japan) to his Georgia - with his success they gladly jumped on the bandwagon.

Kagayaki yesterday on the free day of the jungyo did PR for local Ishikawa 石川 pref. new rice brand: hyakuman(1million)goku(穀grain, -goku 石 is the counter for rice harvest, to indicate the fief of a feudal lord - Kanazawa was the hyakumangoku domain). What is the derivation of "Calbee"?  The L sound is a surprise, especially for a Japanese company that's been around since the 40's.  Also, it reminds me of "Kalbi", Korean marinated ribs.  Does anyone know where this name comes from?
