Asashosakari 20,310 Posted July 7, 2012 Rushing through as usual... Toto - Konosato was demoted from ozeki following back-to-back 7-8's. Quad - Taka escaped soft kadoban status, Andoreasu is newly soft kadoban, and Gernobono continues to be hard kadoban following an 8-7. Oracle - Norizo makes his ozeki return after a year in lower sanyaku following a 10/11/12 win series, and demoted ozeki Meyeryu immediately returns with an 11-4. Asashosakari 20,310 Posted July 7, 2012 (edited) Oh, right, code tables are now busted even in text mode, I forgot. Well, just imagine that everything lines up... Anyway, that's probably the first time in a looong while that there are only 34 sanyaku spots combined across the three games. Vikanohara 171 Posted July 8, 2012 I don't know where to put it, but I'll retire from both Seki-Oracle & Odd Sumo.
Itachi 396 Posted July 9, 2012 There seems to be a problem with some of the sumogames. I can't log on to either Benchsumo or Sekitoto to make my entries. I've sent them by email or pm to the folks in charge but I'll keep trying since it will be easier to generate results if the entry form is used as intended. Ruziklao 34 Posted July 10, 2012 I do not want to open a new topic and as this is related... ... please, am I the only one who does not see S4 Nagoya results (and banzuke)? Odd-sumo works ok, also torikumi of S4 is updated as necessary, S4 picks are registered, so it seems only a small program issue.
Jakusotsu 6,406 Posted July 10, 2012 In the same vein, I want to point out again that confirmation emails for S4 and Odd are still not working anymore.

I probably helped cause that as I didn't send an importable version of the Quad and Oracle banzuke to Golynohana in time, only after Day 1. He hasn't been on the forum since Friday either so I'm guessing he's just been too busy to upload the data. The results do seem to be calculated just fine, though; it's only the overview pages that do not update.
nomadwolf 8 Posted July 10, 2012 Quad results seem fine. Oracle, not so much. But nice to see my name continue at the top. :D
Heikotoriki 3 Posted July 11, 2012 No results for oracle, Quad and ODD. Only the Natsu basho results. Quad torikumi works fine.

Asashosakari 20,310 Posted July 11, 2012 Golynohana came by to kick the display routine after Heikotoriki's first post, so no miracle. :-) The Quad results should be displaying the ranks with tomorrow's update.
Umigame 82 Posted July 15, 2012 There's a minor bug in Sekitori Toto that's making my mawashi itch... :-) In the Toto entry screen, the rikishi portrait photos are not displaying properly in the bout sub-window. Is there anything I can do to help fix it?
Asashosakari 20,310 Posted July 19, 2012 (edited) I'm afraid I'll have to mono-ii one Toto result from a few days ago - as the player banzuke ranks weren't updated in the database, ties around the median weren't broken correctly; the winning player is supposed to be the one with the lower ranking. There were two such ties, on Days 5 and 6. The Day 5 result will stand as the currently shown order (Damimonay win, Ganzohnesushi loss) matches their tie-breaking by the banzuke, but Day 6 (Shiyonofuji win, Chisaiyama loss) will be changed once the rankings are correctly applied. Hopefully we'll be able to reflect this on the results page soon. We're actually lucky it isn't more extensive - there were no less than three more ties directly below the median on other days... Asashosakari 20,310 Posted July 19, 2012 There was little hope that this annoying result could be corrected in my favour, but now..... (Censored...) Particularly cruel as you're Sekiwake 1 East and losing out to the Sekiwake 2 West.
Ganzohnesushi 548 Posted July 19, 2012 Particularly cruel as you're Sekiwake 1 East and losing out to the Sekiwake 2 West. I think you made a mistake in the Nagoya Banzuke. Shouldn't Damimonay be ranked higher? I feel I had way too much Banzuke luck.... You have still enough time to correct this ;-) Ganzohnesushi

Corrected for Shiyonofuji/Chisaiyama on day 6. Banzuke also is updated now.
