I make a mean chanko, rice balls, taco rice, barbecue beef (Okinawa dish, not American barbecue), decent soba, Okinawa soba, and yakisoba, and I'm trying to figure out the intricacies of various styles of ramen. About Me

I watched sumo a bit when Akebono and Musashimaru got sumo on ESPN, but didn't follow obsessively until Aki 2014. Since then, it seems my main hobbies have been watching sumo, waiting for sumo, and collecting tegata. My wife is big into sumo also, and we've pretty much lost interest in the sports we used to watch. Pretty much anything with an acronym that isn't NSK.
