Akinomaki 41,896 Posted September 28 Thanks for the celeb results . Goshima is about to leave the list, I wonder if definitely celeb, also popular on the forum, top loser Moriurara shouldn't be on the list. For his final few basho, if he doesnt quit now that Haruurara, the namesake has passed away.

He is 4-3 and kachikoshi at Jonokuchi 23E. I wonder if maybe he re-aggravated his injury or something. As this has to be considered a major disappointment after his performance in practice. And one of his wins was practically a freebie against an opponent who could barely walk.

A friendly, comforting reminder- Mr. Hakuhou was 3-4 in his debut basho. Not that I'm comparing, but saying we shall see..

I am the Yokozuna 224 Posted September 29 I knew someone named Goto. Surprised about Goshima reading. Wish luck to the lad. Anyhow, what was St. Hakuho's sumo this tournament like? Any chance in Fukuoka he could go to the salaried positions?

He's still inconsistent, He loses too easily sometimes, but I think he will eventually make it. He needs to bulk up though- Height only won''t get him too far, I think. His 5-2 should get him in the promotion zone, but he'll need at least 5 wins next time and a prayer for promotion to Juryo.
