There's an Oji junior high school, same kanji, in his hometown of Komaki, Aichi prefecture, my guess is that's his alma mater and the shikona was derived from it. Setonoumi has nothing to do with a city but instead the Setonaikai, which forms the coastline of his home prefecture, Hiroshima. And one I overlooked from Sakaigawa: Kenshin Humble Faith 謙信 Sandanme 13 From Uesugi Kenshin, Sengoku-era daimyo of Echigo Province which is now Niigata prefecture. His grave is at a temple in Joetsu, Kenshin's home city. (Asakayama-beya) Kaiseijo Corruption of Home City?? - Noble Castle 清城 Makushita 31 The first kanji is indeed taken from his home city of Kiyosu, the second is from his father, former Makushita rikishi Meijokuni. (Onoe-beya) Fukamiyama Deep Sea Mountain 深海山 Makushita 20 Takakurayama Treasured Mountain 高倉山 Sandanme 97 Fukamiyama's shikona is taken from the former town of Fukami, which disappeared in 1954 when it merged with four others to create the city of Ushibuka (itself to disappear in 2006 when another merger created the city of Amakusa, Fukamiyama's shusshin). Takakurayama is from the eponymous mountain in Yamagata prefecture. (Fujishima-beya) Hitachigo Normal Number Six 常陸號 Makushita 15 Musashiumi Musashi Province – Sea 武蔵海 Makushita 5 Hitachigo is from Hitachi Province, now Ibaraki prefecture.
