Why not say concussion? Maybe the oyakata forgot because of his own CTE?

Whether it's a genuine herniated disc or an unofficial concussion, either way I'm just glad he is taking the rest given how rough he looked yesterday.

Concussion is no reason to go kyujo for a rikishi - unless in Takanohana-beya and caused by someone else off the dohyo - but it is the reason that Hokutofuji afterwards got or aggravated the injuries cited in the certificate.

Is someone thinking the kyokai might be misrepresenting something to cover up a possible mistake?
