i gave Toyozakura a bit of banzuke luck and he is 10e. Maybe this is to much luck. But your are right with Toki.

I have never before had so much problems with creating a banzuke. I found the regions around M1 and M4 to be quite crammed, so I had two instances of half-rank promotions for an 8-7 record.

Then I found that Iwakiyama and Kotooshu are difficult to place because they could be placed either in the midst of a bunch of others (somewhere between M4 and M6), or after them (around M7).

And as you said there was a gaping hole starting around M10, and it never really filled up. Starting with Futeno every KK rikishi below him was treated quite well on my spreadsheet.

Yes, same here. Looks like this for me, and I'm not particularly happy (and since I'm not entered in GTB yet, I'm liable to change this if I get an epiphany):
