It's roughly the same number of miles from Detroit to Japan as it is kilometers from Queensland to Japan. When I was googling the distances, it didn't seem right that Detroit would be the same distance, but hey, that's why I was googling it. Akinomaki 41,572 Posted July 1 (edited) The day of the traditional pre-basho PR visit to the mayor of Nagoya and the governor of Aichi, by Onosato with Nagoya chief Dewanoumi and Chiganorua. The face of Nagoya, Kawamura retired end of last year, the new mayor Ichiro Hirosawa wasn't fit for the usual sumo bout: due to the heat yesterday he collapsed during the daily press conference and was brought to a hospital. Akinomaki 41,572 Posted July 5 (edited) The basho zenyasai program was recorded in the IG Arena yesterday - with 2 popular mage attached oyakata: new Isegahama and ever shrinking Minatogawa o yusho prediction - Isegahama: Hoshoryu, Minatogawa: a rikishi who is weak in the heat and does tsuki-oshi-zumo: the hall has strong air conditioning, so far those who couldn't stand the heat in Nagoya now have full power (while the heat resistant ones will hate the air conditioning) o with a selection of popular rikishi, the yoks, Wakamotoharu, the identical twins A&I and Atamifuji o o o shown the afternoon before (zenya) the basho, maybe it will be on TVer again, like last year Edited July 5 by Akinomaki 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

After Hakuho left, his friend Toyota issued talk that he will have to consider if the car will be still provided.
