If Kaio had gone all out there, Asashoryu might have dropped him on his head...not the result anyone wants during one of these exhibitions. What I really mean by this is that Asashoryu seems to have developed somewhat of a reputation for experimenting with more dangerous moves during exhibitions and keiko, so I'm willing to bet that most who go up against him stay somewhat conservative just to limit any potential damage...
