Kaikitsune Makoto 210 Posted January 5, 2004 Not much yet except Shoryu's 12-2 against sekiwake and lower. Tochiazuma was said to be sharp and genki. Also KaioU and Musoyama looked good but Chiyotaikai looked less promising. He lost 4 times in a row to Kotomitsuki for example. Maybe he has worked out hard and is stiff. Zenjimoto 40 Posted January 5, 2004 Maybe he has worked out hard and is stiff. Is this a pun? ;-)
Fujisan 533 Posted January 5, 2004 Or maybe Kotomitsuki is just on great form.
QttP 0 Posted January 5, 2004 Kotomitsuki is terrible against Chiyotaikai as far as honbasho goes, but we all know that Chiyotaikai doesn't seem to care about sumo anymore.
Kintamayama 47,184 Posted January 5, 2004 (edited) Or maybe Kotomitsuki is just on great form. It's good to see at least someone else who is interested in keiko results.. Edited January 5, 2004 by Kintamayama
Kaikitsune Makoto 210 Posted January 5, 2004 Is this a pun? Only in your imagination sir ;-) Tochiazuma had 20 bouts during soken. He showed quality and strength with his package sumo against Wakanosato, Tochinonada, Kotomitsuki and others. No actual records reported yet but positive impact was evident. He was pleased with the workout.
Naganoyama 6,025 Posted January 6, 2004 Kotomitsuki is lurking in the wings. If he can stave off injury he could do great things.
Fujisan 533 Posted January 6, 2004 Well of course I read them Kintamaya but I dont put much credence on the Keiko results.
