Naifuzan 1 Posted May 11, 2003 I'd say watching the live feed on kyokai's site is a waaay better way of experiencing sumo than watching it on eurosport. Not only do you get to see all the bouts, you get to see the entire bouts. Including preparations. And it's so much more exiting watching it live. Well, then you should stay away from the Honbasho Discussions forum. ;-) I personally, can't live with the suspense. Heh, the reason I started searching for sumo sites on the web, is because I was watching the Eurosport digest, and couldn't wait to the next evening to know the results... So I try to pick them up as early as possible. If I'm at home, I watch the live feed. If I'm at college, where I can't watch streaming media, I follow the text-reports on the NSK site. If the site is too crowded, I go to www.scgroup.com/sumo , who usually get the results within half an hour. Manekineko 200 Posted May 11, 2003 Speaking of www.scgroup.com/sumo, the Custom Sumo Results feature doesn't seem to work, ie. it still shows last basho's results. ;-) It's great site otherwise. Tumppi 0 Posted May 11, 2003 (edited) Well thanks guys! It's really hard to try and think of something else when the basho isn't finished yet. I always think "damn, 24 hours until the next 3 days!!" And many days to go before days 13-15. I just can't concentrate on anything else when I just think who will win. It's too damn exciting! The waiting is killling me ;-) I understand why you guys don't do as I do anymore, I'm considering to change it too.. And now I gotta stay away from sumo until how long now!!!??? The middle of June!?
