There ought to be an over/under on the police chief performance.  If you are below a certain size (say, Sadanoumi or Kirishima), the policeman's uniform is OK.  Above that (Oho, Kotozakura), and it's best to stay in a kimono (not a mawashi).

It probably also depends what size uniform the police have available. My guess is they're more likely to find one for someone like Midorifuji whereas Kotozakura is more likely to be out of luck. Unless they get the uniforms tailormade which I don't think is very likely.

Today Aonishiki was chief of Yukuhashi police station - far from the heya location in Kurume, but the oyakata has an acquaintance at Yukuhashi police.
