AudioBanzuke

Recommended Posts

Hi!

Having a lot of free time on my hands, I've devised an audio-banzuke-a regular banzuke, but when you click on the rikishi's names, you get the more or less correct pronounciation as well..and the ranks are clickable too..

Useless? Maybe..

It's at:

I hope someone finds this useful..

Very nice!!!

I'm baffled by the inventiveness of the sumo forum community.

Thank you!

Guest Emphyrio

That's really good stuff. I've always wanted to understand what they say about the people that are about to go toe to toe. I spent two years in Japan in the 60s and got hooked on Sumo then but never did pick up very much of the language. Now, I finally know how to pronounce Maegashira.

'bout time. :-D
