Worst taichi-ai ever!

Recommended Posts

Wow, really passive tachi-ai.  I think Takanotsuru either wasn't focused, or thought the other guy started too quickly before he put both hands down, and so the gyoji would restart the fight.

As an aside, I didn't like the commentary ("Isn't this nice?... This wouldn't be legal in the United States...") etc.  Kind of stupid.

You can rest assured that this bout will feature prominently in Day 4's edition of my "Lasting Images" post to the SML! :)

Cheers

One of these lousy days of our lives both rikishi will do a simultaneous henka. How stupid would that look? (Huh?)

I gather you weren't in a good mood when posting this message?  :-/

Life is good  :-)   It's even better when there's a hon-basho going on  :-)

I like to treat tachi-ai like this one as amusing  (Sigh...)

I apologize for continuing this thread off-topic, but:

- The new avatar is cool enough that I actually opened up Opera instead of my default IE 6 to see it.  Nice effect ;)

- However, when viewing pages on this forum with Opera (7.02 on windows 2000 server), I get a JavaScript error on every page  :-(

I have Opera 7.01 (sure, there's 7.03 already) on Windows XP Professional with no javascript problems. I believe I know what script causes it, though. As most everything will change soon anyway, I don't intend to try correct this one minor bug unless it's of great importance to someone. Contact me through the forum messenger about this issue if needed.
