Or for all other positions also? Since it hasn't been needed for 14 years I think it's probably academic but I would pick Most Number of winning bets as first TB. If you are looking at it from the standpoint of a reward I would think having chosen more winners over more days rather than fewest amount spent, and probably least amount played, is a better gauge. In Lowest Ante TB someone losing the whole time and hitting one extreme long shot, and tying somehow, wins a tiebreaker over someone having got to the same place with strategic betting.
