Even after adding three wins for Sekitori and four wins in Makushita, crafting a sensible banzuke wasn't easy. And since there was no way to make everybody in the joi-jin happy, nobody will be happy.

Let's hope for a more successful basho next time!

It all boiled down to the musubi-no-ichiban! Takakeisho went into king-maker mode and not only handed the yusho to Ichinojo but to come-from-behind Ganzohnesushi as well - Prost!
