I'm pretty sure the fact that he can't open his eye had something to do with his absence as well.. Diagnosis- a month if he doesn't go under the knife, and three months if he does.

I'm glad they didn't go down this road, enforcing double-standards for yokozunae. And it's an entirely separate question if HF would've even been able to do a rematch in his condition.
