Kintamayama 45,537 Posted September 18, 2014 Not everyone agreed with the shinpan's decision to disqualify Harumafuji yesterday, as they didn't think it was a "game-changing action" in that it did not directly cause Yoshikaze to lose. Hakuhou: "It was in the flow. It did not decide the outcome.I don't know what the heck made them decide that.." Izutsu, head of the judging department: "If there was a hair-pull, they should have maybe gone for a torinaoshi. They can rethink their decision," hinting that they had more options to consider.

Kintamayama 45,537 Posted September 18, 2014 think it has certainly contributed to his absence today. I'm pretty sure the fact that he can't open his eye had something to do with his absence as well.. Diagnosis- a month if he doesn't go under the knife, and three months if he does. And it's an entirely separate question if HF would've even been able to do a rematch in his condition.
