(last seen in Juryo-September 2003) First three new, first two Mongolian. Bulgarian Kotoooouuushhuuuu didn't make it, probably will be Makushita hittou. Paper also had a good piece on the 17(was it?) Aomori chaps and 10(?) Mongolians in the top two flights being the areas with the most representation. Has it ever been as high as 17 before?
