an oyakata clapped on my shoulder today, said arigato that I come every day and grabbed five Baruto magnets (Zabuton flying...)

Thanks for the pictures Fay! What in the world is that black thing they inserted into the dohyo?????????????? It looks like it could do someone a bit of damage if they happened to fall or catch their foot on it!

Actually I think you are one of the very very special kind.

Some rikishi could learn a lot from you.

I consider myself to be a fanatic of some sort too but I can only last three straight days of 9AM-6PM routine. I always realize my "youthful" vitality deserts me after three or four hours of sitting there and by noon, I need to have a pit stop or two as well some munchies and some air.

As well I always make a mistake of sitting right by the East or West shimpan and after staring at three or four hours of rather well developed mostly mysteriously darkened derri
