This eBay auction just popped up selling what appears to be a legitimate tegata but they have no idea who it might be (nor do I ).  Does anyone recognize this one?

The first kanji i think seems to be 琴 (koto)?

So probably a former Sadogatake man if its legit.

But reading japanese calligraphy signatures is def not my forte
