Keiko news-Futagoyama gets serious..

Recommended Posts

Futagoyama Oyakata got pissed off at the Sekitori who were slacking in keiko-made them do 60 pushups in front of the young deshi..even Tamanoshima, who was at degeiko, who muttered "Man, this guy is strict.." Oyakata apparently was pissed off by the fact that for the first time in 12 years, Futagoyama has no Sanyaku rikishi, (since Fujishima -beya days-1991 -71 consecutive Bashos.)In other keiko news, Shouryuu dominated Taikai 6-2. KaioU said he is feeling more comfortable every day, as he broke out with a big smile.

Interesting to hear Asashoryu 6-2 over Chiyotaikai.  We'll see what happens in the basho  :-D

I think Takanonami could possibly make it back to sanyaku, but I don't know for how long.  He is getting slightly older   :-D   I like him though.

Akinoshima is fun to watch, because he has the ability to surprise people... But consistent enough to make sanyaku?  Probably not.

So maybe futagoyama oyakata is going to be upset for a long time  :-0  :-P

Ah, but there is always Gokenzan to fall back on. Of course he'll be the next Ozeki candidate from Futagoyama-beya :-D

And no. That wasn't entirely serious (Laughing...)
