Roho really needs to control his temper. I saw how he grabbed the towel out of the poor guy that tried to hand it to him, as he stormed down the hanamichi... I'm surprised that he didn't yank his arm out! How unsportsman like!! Roho really needs to simmer down!

I guess we'll get used to the new "guy," but Oga had style and the body to look good at what he did... I'm sad that he intai'd!

He always pulls through when in a corner and comes back so I don't see it being any different this Basho. I look for 10-5 or 9-6, also.

I can judge by his appearance only, but he reminds me of some people I know who have a very straightforward personality as well (to put it in the most gentle way). They are not "unkindly" at all, even extremely friendly, but staying close to them gets rather tedious after a while. I guess everybody knows some people who are fun to meet now and then, but not exactly the kind you want to go on vacation with, let alone marry. :-S I know EXACTLY what you mean! I have a friend just like that. I can only be with them for a short time. If we spend longer time together, then she gets on my nerves! I can only take a little bit of time with her. It's not that she's bad person or unkind.... Just can get on your nerves and makes me tired! I can't imagine being married to someone like that! But they say there is someone for everyone, right? I hope he finds his someone soon...

I say 4 Ozeki in Hatsu 2008. Kotooshu Homasho Chiyotaikai Kaio I still have hope for Kokkai... He needs to simmer down and focus. He can be Ozeki, but not by Hatsu 2008

"Mune wo kasu" (lending a chest) is one thing and the rikishis should be very honored, but to intentionally hurt them is another! I like Asa but it really upsets me to think that he can go degeiko and purposely hurt others!! What kind of sportsman is he?? I guess he just wants to go and terrorize the others so they will be afraid of him on the dohyo! Asashoryu has great enough technique that he should not have to resort to that kind of action. It's not the first time he's done this. He is the Yokozuna and he really should start setting a good examples and not a bad ones! I'm glad that the Oyakatas are sticking together and protesting. It's about time!

It's a typo. He was the "Mongolian Bagel", because he lax the will. Or a "Mongolian Beagle?" (Laughing...) I heard he used to Fox Trot! (Laughing...)

Maybe I'm confused, but why would they call Kyokushuzan the "Mongolian Eagle?" (Laughing...) Am I missing something? (Laughing...)

Hello Sumo fans! Since all my friends know that I'm a sumo fan, when they have an opportunity to go to Japan and see any rikishi, they send me pictures. On one occasion, this picture was sent to me recently. I see that the yukata says Homasho, but can anyone identify him? I went to the Shikoroyama Beya web site, but didn't see anyone that looked like this. I know that someone here will help me out to identify him. Thank you in advance!
