  1. Can we know the place ? Tokyo ? Osaka ? Nagoya ? Kyushu ? We know the date... between march 1970 and 1974 ? It's possible that the 4 pictures are from the same day (Senshuraku ?) We recognize some rikishis (Kitanofuji, Mutsuarashi, Takanohana, Daikirin). I'm pretty sure that we can find the others names with the Sumo Data base ;) ....
  2. 1-5 Gurowake 6-10 Randomitsuki 11-20 Konosato 21-40 Achiyama 41-80 Terarno 81-120 Jakusotsu 121-200 Bunijiman 201+ Sokkenaiyama
  3. 1 - Goeido 2 - Yoshikaze
  4. Yoshikaze Aminishiki Aoiyama
  5. Le Banner is not on the picture.... ... because he will not fight against ex-Baruto ! This french link from a Fighting news site says that he will not be in Japan at the end of the month for fighting https://lesinfosdufight.wordpress.com/2015/12/26/rizin-jerome-le-banner-ne-combattra-pas/ Le Banner's mentor, Olivier Muller, says "Jerome will not be on the ring in Japan this December 31 . He was OK for an exhibition fight , first against Fedor , then against a former Sumo . He agreed to give the winnings to a local charity. But, this has not been taken into account by the organizers, and it was decided that JLB will not go to Japan for this demonstration fight in MMA. Jerome confirms that he retires from the ring in Saint Tropez, but is always ready to make his farewell to the country of the Rising Sun for a good cause, when the right opportunity will present itself. We are already in dealings with certain groups to organize its Japanese Jubilee in 2016 ..."
  6. In the Off-topic ;) http://www.sumoforum.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=34760&p=293843
  7. ...unless Tenshinhan or me picked Tamawashi. Yes, you and Tenshiman could come back for the 1st place... but I'm pretty sure that for Gurowake It was more important to keep an eye on my Pick that yours... Yesterday I didn't read the rule 3 - I don't know why (Laughing...) - and found the rule 5... I would hope that Gurowake will not choose the same Aite ;-) ! So congratulations Gurowake for your Yusho... the rule is the rule (Yusho winner...) This game will be more fun If for the last day* - when two or more players are tied after Day 14 and If you can still win the Yusho - If all the players who can still win the Yusho send their choice by Messenger ! Just "to avoid suspicions of 'tactical picking'" (*I don't know If It's possible to send his choice for 15 days ... bye bye bandwagon lol)
  8. So It was easy for Gurowake to win the Yusho... He picks the same rikishi that I choose !!! Despite the rule 5 !!!
  9. Hello ;) Where is the rule for the tie-breaker ? The only rule I found was the rule 5 Rules : 5. Players that are leading the Yusho race (especially in the final few days of the basho), are requested / expected to get their picks in very early (before all the other players, if possible) - in order to avoid suspicions of 'tactical picking'. I write this rule under my last pick for Day 15... and I hope that Gurowake will choose another pick that my choice - in order to avoid suspicions of tactical picking ! But his choice was Tochinoshin too !!! Easy choice to stay the leader after Day 15 But why his choice for Amuru on Day 12 is the Tie-breaker ? On the Day 4, I was the only player to choose Endo... I could believe that with this Day 4 correct choice, I could have stay the leader after Day 15 and a Tie-breaking. As the only player to find the Aite this Day, It should be the Tie-breaker. Was Gurowake the only player to find an Aite for 15 days ? It's more difficult to be the only player to find the Aite than to take the Bandwagon... On Day 10 when everybody choose Aoiyama, I should choose the Bulgarian too... and I should try to take the bandwagon everyday !!! Strange feeling about this finale ranking.. and "Like this post" or add a comment If you think that the finale ranking is wrong lol !!!
