Kintamayama 47,183 Posted April 27, 2004 (edited) Asashoryuu commenced keiko today. He was "looking gooood", as they say. 12 bouts with Asasekiryuu-won them all, showing everyone who's the boss. Excellent de-ashi, hearty throws - he is in good shape. "Looks good. huh? I think so too. But I've got to keep on training!", he said, jovially. Concerning his left elbow, which caused him some pain last Basho," I won't put unreasonable pressure on it, but it's OK. I'll just be careful", he said.
