Kintamayama 47,115 Posted July 3, 2003 Takanohana , Akebono and KaioU had a mini-class reunion on a TV talkshow in Nagoya, Japan on July 3rd. Both ex-Yokozunas spoke of how strong Kaiou is, and said other nice things about him...They both said how they'd like to see him attain the Yokozuna rank, and how much he deserved it. Also, between the four (Wakanohana included) who started out in 1988, they have 41 Yushos, and the ex-Yokozunas expressed their wish to see the number increased by the only one of them who is still active. Let's not forget Wakanoyama, another March '88 debutant although I can't believe he could take yusho. Then again I could have said the same about Takatoriki... (Punk rocker...)
