Jonosuke 28 Posted September 11, 2006 Kokkai's brother Sandanme Tsukasaumi has reportedly retired. He injured his right big toe and had a surgery but they could not re-attach the ligament. Irumagawa oyakata said he received the request from Tsukasumi late last month. Kokkai indicated his brother would be going back home after the basho to take care of their mother.
