Sumo Manga "Notari Matsutaro" by Chiba Tetsuya

I was reading the manga/book Japan Inc and they mentioned a fairly old manga titled Notari Matsutaro about an "aspiring sumo wrestler" written by Chiba Tetsuya. I think it is fairly old....at least the series was started several decades ago. Wanted to see if anyone has read it or if they have an Enlish translation?

Thanks for the info! I think I have seen the 10 book series available for sale on several auction sites in Japan. Might be a good way to brush up on my Japanese.
