Basho postponed / cancelled (ever?)

I have another question I've been curious about for a while: when's the last time a regularly scheduled basho has been postponed or cancelled? Has it even happened since World War II?

When Emperor Hirohito died in January 1989 just before Hatsu Basho was about to start (on the Saturday preceding shonichi?), I think the basho was postponed for a day. I'll check what the net says about my memory.
