New juryo rikishi

[Kotoseiya Yuichi 3]

I don't remember seeing this mentioned here so far so here are the new juryo promotees:

Kinkaiyama - Dewanoumi

Tomikaze - Oguruma

Takekaze (former Narita) - Oguruma

The demotees respectively:

Minatofuji - Minato

Hokutoiwa - Hakkaku

Daishodai - Oitekaze

I don't remember third Oguruma sekitori so I believe this is the first time this heya has two sekitori. I'm kind of partial to this particular heya as the shisho is a former Sadogatake boy, ozeki Kotokaze. (Thumbs up...)

I guess this means Minatofuji retires. I would be really surprised if he continues on in the land of the tsukebito.

I'm looking forward to the former Narita's first basho as a Sekitori. I've read a lot about him. Let's see if he can handle the air up there, or if he still needs a little seasoning.  ;-)
