East Juryo #3 Takanowaka (Naruto Beya) [public injury] has withdrawn the 1st day of the July Tournament. East Juryo #10 Oikari (Isenoumi Beya) [public injury] has withdrawn the 1st day of the July Tournament. West Juryo #13 Dewanofuji (Dewanoumi Beya) [public injury] has withdrawn the 1st day of the July Tournament. It appears only Dejima was not given Kosho status. It also appears that Kotomitsuki is competing as he is listed on the day one torikumi. BTW, I think it's time to move all further basho discussions to the Honbasho Talk subforum.
