As a newcomer, all I can say is that Takanohana's stable seem to be at the centre of all the scandals in the Sumo world right now....

Anticipation of what is to come is the best thing about sport. Time for someone to stake a claim as the next Yokozuna. I'm expecting a great Basho - bring it on.

I'm hoping that Aminishiki was taking the opportunity to finish out a final Basho in makuuci before retirement, so maybe one extra slot in Juryo & handily resolving the Enho / Takayoshitoshi question. Probably wishful thinking though....
