I thought last basho that Kotooshu looked a bit bigger. Thanks for the update.

I'm not crazy about the new kesho mawashi either, but actually he looks good in just his mawashi as well! (Sign of approval)

I just wanted to say hello. I've been lurking around here reading as many of the posts as I've been able to. I'm new to the sport. I'm living in Japan right now. I'm retired military and my spouse is still in the military. We were stationed here once before and wanted to come back. I started watching sumo and thinking this is just a bunch of very big guys giving each other wedgies! Somewhere all that changed and I got hooked. My kids just shake their heads at me and I know they think there mom has gone crazy! Little do they know how short a drive that is! lol I don't speak the language, and I don't get the English version of NHK but I watch it whenever its on. If I can't figure something out, I'll ask so be patient with me. I can be taught (eventually)!
