Kashunowaka Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 (edited) When I opened my Dagens Nyheter today (Sweden's biggest morning daily), starting with the sports pages, to my surprise there was a full-spread article about sumo, under the heading of 'Sumo's future depends on an Estonian' and with a big picture of Baruto getting his hair done. The article contains a lot of basic facts about professional sumo, visit to Mihogaseki-beya, interview with Baruto, interview with Doreen Simmons, etc. A very well-written article. After perusing the article, the only glaring mistake that I could find is that the expression 'a sumo' is used a lot throughout the article. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be available at http://dn.se. Edit: I found out that as a paying subscriber, I can download the paper in PDF format. So for you to have a look at the article, I have made it available here. See pages 4-5. Edited May 28, 2006 by Kashunowaka
