Of course it's not the Ozeki that we all know

this rikishi was in the Juryo division in 1982, 1984 and 1985

I don't have a Juryo pic from that long ago but this Kaio (Kaio Hitoshi) was with Tokitsukaze Beya and his name was Uemura originally. He went as high as Juryo 7 and had 7 Juryo bashos but never got to Makuuchi and more or less hovered around high Makushita positions.

Incidentally he wrote his shikona this way 凱皇 and for those curious Baruto uses this kanji KAI 凱 as his full shikona name is Baruto Kaito 把瑠都 凱斗 and I bet nine out of 10 Japanese can't read his name.
