He showed good skill and patience in the remainder of the bout, but will have to bring his initial charge up to scratch to make an impact at this level...

Damn, me and my luck! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Dale can only provide us with the stuff NHK transmits during the last 90 minutes (which also is the reason the first few Makuuchi bouts usually are missing). Sometimes there are replays from Juryo, what must have been the case with Baruto on day 1. But don't worry, the stream got captured just fine on the first three days. Wait and you will see him.

The stream was extremely erratic for about 5 minutes in the middle of Makuuchi yesterday, with upwards of ten disconnects (for everyone apparently; at least the entire chat room had it happen to them). Makushita and Juryo are enough here... but yes, it is the whole thing on the first three days, but missing the start, because I didn't expect them to start the stream that early. I am hesitant to set the start early because sometimes there is an early test which is the whole recording then... I can't manually restart this basho, of course. (In a state of confusion...)
