Yes IMO. I concur with madorosumaru about the other bit. (I think he's probably better at Japanese than me.) One often has to supply parts of speech for translation that are only implied in Japanese.

相撲用語でいえば、稽古をつけてもらった先輩力士に土俵上で勝った場合に、この美しい言葉が用いられる。

If used as a technical term in Sumou, when a Rikishi, having received Keiko from a Senpai Rikishi beats him on the Dohyou, this beautiful euphemism is used.

You have the meaning right, but this will get rid of some of the unnecssary words in a rather "convoluted" sentence. :-)
