aderechelsea Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 i like Asa very much but i am aproaching the "i love Asa" threads with a 5 meter stick ... i am not that prolific around here but i stopped posting in such threads as much as i can.... (now let's make a thread that i discuss with myself how great Kaiho is ...)
Burainoan Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 (now let's make a thread that i discuss with myself how great Kaiho is ...) Nah, from what i've seen you should have at least two or three others in there with you. ;-) and thanks for the very well-written elucidation, QttP. i share some - but not all - of your sentiments, and it's useful to know where you're coming from.
Guest Needle201 Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 the same reason why i dont support Michael Schuhmacher in F1 even though i am a german, or why i dont support Bayern Muenchen in Soccer, even though i am from Muenchen... i dont like it if somebody always seems to win without any real contest. hoping for "the best of the rest" makes a boring sport...
Burainoan Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Well, after today, it appears that Asa's winning is no longer as much a given as everyone seems to assume. we'll see how he handles having a genuine rival...and how the fans (including us) respond to that....
