I consider Shimazuumi to be similar in style to Kotoeko/Hiradoumi so I'm all aboard on him and hope to see him back in Makuuchi soon!

Another tie for me to break.  This one is actually rather easy for me.  I'll cast my vote for Nishikifuji.

At least some of the votes against him (including mine) are based on his preposterous banzuke luck, most notably staying in Makuuchi with a 6-9 from the bottom rank.
