It doesn't work for about an hour or two after the last match has finished. If there is a message saying something like "points are being calculated", then subs are disabled.

I know that, my glitch was different. Yeasterday, I waited for calculation to finish, made 2 substitutions only to see my original starters back the day after. 

Second try today; for the moment, subs look like they worked.

Lukaku should have -10 points just with the goal he missed in the first minutes of the game.

And I'm not even talking about the face to face with the goalkeeper he had few minutes later.

You can change your captain only before the first game of the day starts. Then you'll have to wait the next day.

YES ! Each new day you change him if you wish. Part of the tactics.

As long as the new captain you choose has not played yet, of course.

Difficult to select a team that makes sense for MD3. Lot's of luck involved. Let's see of gets it right and who messes it up.

Yup many of the qualified teams will make numerous changes. Go guess now ! Where is Nostradamus when we need him ? ?

Standings after Round 2 :

With so small gaps after Round 1, it was logical to expect many changes after Round 2. And that is what happened.
Athenayama is now the sole leader. However could we really call that a leader? When  the pursuers are so close it is meaningless. 
Pitinosato is just one point behind while Chelseyama only two. In addition, Chelseayama performed the best score on round 2 and actually the best score of the two rounds so far.
The rest of the field is also pretty close.

Round 3 will be very, very, very tricky. Good luck to all !
