Several European countries will show it. 2 channels in France (France Television and M6 group).
It seems that the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has found an agreement or is very close to find an agreement. From what I saw The Hungarian media members of this Union are :

- Mediaszolgaltatas-tamogato és Vagyonkezelo Alap (MTVA) (sorry for the missing tones)
- Duna Median Service Provider.

I hope the above ring a bell to you.

Anyway if you have access to more channels (satellite, internet) you'll find a way to watch the games for sure.

Keep in mind that the times will be early morning for Europe as the world cup takes place in Australa and New Zealand.

Yes, it should be shown throughout the Europe (and the world) after negotiations with FIFA. Here in the UK, it will be shown for free on our terrestrial channels, BBC and ITV. Due to the time differences, the England matches will all be shown mid-morning UK time. I think the earliest matches (UK time) for any game is 1am (Argentina vs South Africa) with the latest being 1pm (Canada vs Ireland).
